ONLINE FORM The Annual Extra Curricular Guide will appear in the August 2008 issue of TulsaKids magazine and on our website at www.tulsakids.com for a nominal cost of $60 for both the print and online versions. The online guide will remain up for 12 months. This cost is in addition to the cost of your display advertisement in TulsaKids Magazine and will be a separate charge on your Auugust invoice. NOTICE: In order to have the directory information in a timely manner and as accurate as possible, the first preference would be to enter your information online. Absolute deadline for inclusion in the August 2008 Extra Curricular Guide is July 15, 2008. Information received after deadline will not be included in this year’s guide.
